Only 1 infant under 2 years can be lapped by an adult. No infant younger than 2 years can travel alone.

Flying with Pets
Dogs, cats and birds only are accepted for travel on Vietnam Airlines. Combined weight of animal and kennel must be less than 32kg. Kennel must be comfortable for pets. Pregnant pets will not be accepted for flights on Vietnam Airlines. Terriers, Bull, Boxers, and Pugs dogs are not accepted for flights.
Vietnam Airlines carry free of charge service dogs, emotional support dog or psychiatric service dog. The animals?are transported as checked baggage except on Vietnam Airlines flights to/from the US when the dog is transported in the cabin.
Passengers travelling with pets aboard Vietnam Airlines must request the service at least 24 hours before flight departure.
