Poor maintenance has ruined this hotel! Why can't many Nigerian businesses maintain excellence? Sad! I had a good experience here in April 2018 and I knew I would always come back or refer the hotel. Fast forward to January 2019, we settled in one of their rooms and almost immediately power was unstable. The power was fixed that after some minutes. We had to change towels because the towels had lost their white colour. The replaced ones were not different. We had a tissue paper that was almost finished in our toilet, by the time we asked for another one we were told that the storekeeper went out. It took over one hour before they provided us with tissue. The pillows were way too soft and old, the bed-sheets can't be classified as white. Next thing the AC starts to leak and drip we had to change rooms. Just to find out that water doesn't leave the bath after taking your bath in the new room!!! At this point we were fed up and asked for a refund!!! My question remains how did this hotel go from a 10 to a 3 in less than a year?
