Requirements

Below, you will find the requirements for a Business related visa which falls under the short term resident visa category

  1. Valid passport or travel document;

  2. Four pictures (4x4 cm). Front view, no glasses or hats, white background;

  3. Round ticket to the Argentine Republic (or reservation);

  4. Letter of invitation signed before an Argentine Notary Public and certified by the relevant Association of Notaries Public, including the registration number with the National Registry of Visa Request Sponsors of the company or individual inviting the applicant to the Argentine Republic, as well as the applicant's personal data, the purpose of the visit, the activities to be carried out, and the duration of applicant's stay;

  5. Proof of the applicant's background in the field (business references, articles of incorporation of any relevant companies, certificate of good standing of such companies, etc.);

  6. If you are participating in exhibitions or fairs, proof of registration must be submitted as well.
