Created for connoisseurs, 1662 is named after the year of the modern method of making champagne. Méthode Champenoise – was first documented in the Royal Society Magazine in England by Sir Christopher Merrett.
The menu of 1662 consists of mainly European dishes such as pork chops and peppered steak, spicy and curry chicken, sandwiches and croissants with jam and butter.
