I enjoyed the hotel and really got to relax, The standard is good but could be better.

I am very pleased with the hotel's services and their facilities. They are always on point and never disappoint. I enjoyed the customer service of the hotel and they have not given me any reason to stop coming here . The experience there is always awesome.

i love the hotel during my few days stay, i visited my state enugu i have the opportunity to lodge in nike lake resort, in fact my car was properly searched right from the entranced gate by the security men in yellow uniforms. i think i love that. Mr James Manchester

My stay was awesome. I did not know that a hotel like this still exists. The facilities were up to my expectations. Very serene, no disturbances from anywhere. I will definitely take my family there soon for a retreat.

My stay at the Nike Lake resort was really comfortable, I enjoyed every moment I spent in the hotel. The facilities were really intact, the reception was friendly and I also like the fact that the environment was neat and tidy unlike some other hotels. However, checking in was a little stressful, but this is understandable as task needs to be carried out in an orderly manner. In one word, I was really COMFORTABLE at the hotel.

I had a perfect stay at the hotel. Everything was just as it ought to be. The facilities were in good working condition. The environment was cool and serene. The room was well cleaned and it had a good ambiance. The customer service delivery was excellent.

I always make use of your hotel I am used to it already. I find it strange staying elsewhere. My reasons are primarily loyalty sake but I admit your services are quite wonderful too. That's why even when I come around with company, everyone seems to enjoy their stay.

My stay at the hotel was okay,the hotel was nice and beautiful.My room was lovely,it has beautiful curtain and the a.c was working fine,there was water and power supply at the hotel ,I really like the hotel because it was very clean.

Their room service wasn't very responsive because i ordered for food the night i got to the hotel but they didn't bring my order so i slept hungry that night....but apart from that every other thing else was good and okay

Nike Lake Resort is simply one of the best in Enugu. I had so much comfort like it was my home. The hotel is enriched with lot of new facilities. The room was well equipped and the bathroom was very clean. The staff is wonderful, they attended to all my request in no time and they are very good at what they do. The hotel also had a very conducive environment for relaxation.

The hotel is fine and they are under renovation but still my stay was alright. The only problem I have with them is that they have varieties of food but the cook are not professional (they don’t know how to cook).

The hotel was quite clean and well maintained knowing its quite an old hotel. The service can be improved upon. I don't know why it costs N500 for room service. There is also need to make use of the Natural resource at their disposal, the lake was very dirty and no boat rides, the gardens and parks are not exactly in the best shape. It is almost a spooky walk from the hotel to the park. The internet wasn't exactly strong and u got only 300 MB a day and u always had to go to the reception to get a new ticket. I liked their Gym, pool.

I had a horrible stay at Nike Lake Resort, Enugu. The power supply in the hotel was terrible. There was rarely power supply in the afternoon. At night, the generator turned on do not have enough power to run the air condition. This single problem ruined my stay at the hotel. I will encourage to fix the power supply.

The meals served at the hotel tasted sumptuous and it was well organised. The hotel had a very serene and clean environment with maximum security. The hotel staff and management were friendly and helpful. I had a good time at the hotel.

Nike Lake Resort is a wonderful place to stay, It is one of the few hotel I have stayed in that has a tennis court, the pool side was very beautiful with lovely palm trees that gave fresh air. The room was very clean with everything I needed to feel comfortable.

Beautiful and enjoyable, they provided me all the quietness I needed. The only complain is the meal option which was few. It is a 5star hotel, they need to provide more.

My experience with this hotel was great! I enjoyed my stay so much that I had to invite a friend over. The staff were really accommodating, so helpful too. The hotel environment was very neat and peaceful, well secured, everything went on well, the only issue I had was with the room, it was quite a lovely room but I think the AC was leaking on the carpet and resulting in a bad smell. I wasn't sure though, but whatever caused the smell, management should try and fix it as soon as possible.

Your hotel is very great, my time at the hotel was really short so I don't have so much to write about, its a good place and I know that if I was spend one than one night its would very great. The service was really great and the meal was also delicious, its a place that I intend to stay when next around Enugu, and I'm hoping that its going to be a great service.

My stay at the hotel was okay. The atmosphere at the hotel was very cool and homely. The power supply was stable and the water supply was constant. The services rendered were satisfying and affordable.

The hotel was good just that They should look into fixing some of the facilities in the hotel and do some renovation because the hotel is kindof old but it is still a nice hotel anyways

Have been using your hotel for years now, if am to compare now to many years ago I will say the other management was better than now, its still the same great service, clean environment but the renovation was not properly done, you can see wires on the toilet wall which was never visible before, and the old facilities are better than this new ones. Your hotel is doing great at keeping same standard for so many years, and I will like that to continue.

It is a resort and I expected a lot for the Hotel, like provide a boat ride so as to have a better view of the Nike Lake. The staffs, ranging from front desk and bellman to restaurant workers and shop keepers were all friendly. Everything worked well in my room; air-conditioner, lights, TV, and hot water Heater. It is a good place but more can be done to improve the standard.

The hotel is so crappy. In fact, it should not be recommended for anyone to stay. The facilities are bad and the services are poor. The hotel is not properly maintained by the management at all. I did not have a good time there.

I will rate the Hotel below average because I expected a lot more than the services I was offered. Their facilities were also not very standard. I was really disappointed.

The hotel was very good but I fell down on the ground because there was water on the ground due to leakage from the ceiling and it makes me feel bad but for other things it is okay

The hotel is okay but not properly maintained and I believe the management can do better to make the place up to the standard. Most of their facilities were old and they need to work generally on their bathroom. The shower hole was leaking; I ended up messing the place up after having my bath. Also, the staffs should always endeavour to micro wave their food anytime they are serving their guest because is not everybody that like cold food.
