This wasn't what I expected, but all the same my stay was okay, just that the environment was a bit dirty and certain facilities were not working fine. The staff were kind of slow, they never responded fast to my requests. I actually liked the fact that this hotel is security conscious, everywhere was secured, no stealing at all. The location is quite fair but the management should work on the hotel facilities and also improve its service quality.

The hotel was okay, my stay at the hotel was fine, but they should improve on their customer service because it takes them long time to attend to their clients, also their internet wasn't working

The hotel is very good but I think they need to take proper care of the toilet and wash the bathroom and also do some plumbing work. Some of their taps were leaking which made room fairly comfortable. The staffs were very organised and helpful; always at your service.

I did not really enjoy myself because the environment was not as clean as I would have preferred and it was also disorganized. When I needed water I had to call for the tap to be open and your staff don't even know what their job is about, when you work without passion its bad, which makes the service at your hotel very poor, the look on every staff I spoke with was unfriendly and not welcoming, I had to start telling them what customer service meant. Please let your staff go on customer care training, it will really help your hotel.

It was not the best of all experience, anybody could walk in with their bags without being searched and there was no remote control to the television in my room
