Star City Hotel was a cool place and a serene environment. I had a nice welcome reception, the room was clean and beautiful. water and power supply was available, Whenever I wanted something, the staff were always ready to assist me with it and I was impressed with the services. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again.

The room was okay, my issue was the bathroom. I had one awful experience at your hotel. The shower wasn't working and the tap worked only periodically. I grew up in the area and I know the hotel very well, it used to be like one of the best until mismanagement got them to this level. The current management is just trying to make good out of the dire state they're already in. I actually commend them for this. But they can do a lot better. An empty swimming pool doesn't speak well of your hotel at all. In addition, some areas need to be repainted. For the bathroom issue, I am guessing it was only in my room, else it would be too bad.

My stay went very fine. It's not a five-star hotel, but it is good enough. The staff at the hotel were very helpful all through my stay. The food is also very good and affordable.

My stay at the hotel was good, the hotel was clean and calm. My room was neat and there was water and power supply throughout my stay at the hotel. I am so impressed with their customer service, I hope to visit again when I go to Abeokuta.

I enjoyed my stay. The quality of their services at this hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything I needed was made available to me at the time I needed it. The hotel's environment was fully secure and serene. For the price, I must confess that I was comfortable.

My experience was okay and I’m satisfied with the room given to me and services provided. The environment was conducive and okay for the price I paid.

My stay wasn't good. The room I stayed in had no ventilation at all and I notice the room was really small. There were no towels in the room and I found that very strange as it is standard for hotel rooms to have at least a clean towel in it. I want the hotel management to look into that and ensure that people are comfortable when they book rooms there. I did not enjoy may stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service and environment were very okay and I had no complaints.

This is the second time I am staying at the hotel and I keep complaining about one thing or the other. There was no AC in the first room I was given, so I requested for another room, but to my surprise the AC in that room also wasn't working. The first time I came to the hotel, I had issues with my bathroom. I will advice the hotel to always run a check on the electrical appliances and their facilities at least once a week. However, I really like the hotel because of its serene environment.
