My stay was splendid, Hotel environment was clean and calm, the room given to me was fresh and spacious and I was comfortable. My only problem was break in power, it was off for a very long time. Nevertheless , it was very relaxing.

Its was a very nice experience, the service was quick and the facilities was working very well. The meals were delicious. I know I would have had so much to say if I stayed longer but the few hours I spend there was fun and remarkable.

It was a beautiful hotel but i didn't like the bathroom in the room i stayed, then i noticed those people at the restaurant were supposed to issue out receipts when we ordered food but they didn't they just told us the amount and sometimes we realized that they were scamming

Although it was out of my price range I took the chance and did not regret it. Service was okay and as advertised here.

Their staff needs to do a better job

My stay at the hotel was bad, the room was not neat when I arrived and the bath room was smelling. There was no towel and no toiletries, the only soap that was available has already been used, I called the restaurant for food and it took them two(2) hours to answer me,the staff was not efficient and I would want them to pay attention to duty. I will score the Hotel 2% on the average of 10%.

i had a good stay, the environment, customer service and the rooms were all ok, although the room that was initially given was not quite ok but was eventually changed for me

I just manage to stay for the night, please your hotel has got a good location, work on making it better.

For a hotel with little space,and great facilities I was very impressed,from the swimming pool to great indoor facilities and wonderful location.It was fun all the way.

The place was a bit up to the standard I expected. Security was aright as well as my room. I think they need to retrain their worker especially on customer relations. I enjoyed my stay here.

My stay was lovely. The room attendant responded well and always on time. Room was comfortable to my taste. I did not get to use the gym and the swimming pool because I was occupied with something’s. Electricity was constant. My breakfast was small for me because I eat a lot

The hotel is nice, but if they can try to bring the breakfast down to the room it would be better

My stay at the hotel was nice, the hotel was beautiful. I had a clean room and neat sheets, there was water and power supply throughout my stay at the hotel. Their meal was delicious and affordable but it took them half an hour to clean up my room, the staff was not snappy enough so I had to hang around. The staff needs to work on being more effective to their duties.

The hotel was not really up to the standard but they are trying. Room was big and okay and staff responded well to my needs. At least we were comfortable with the place and no complaint.

My stay at Nostro Suites 2 was very satisfying. The power supply was not interrupted all through my stay at the hotel. The air conditioner in my room worked perfectly well. The room was well equipped and stylishly decorated. The staff was really friendly and nice. The security also was a tight one. I like this hotel.

I had a nice time even though I was nit happy that I was sent to the extension. I was able to keep my deal with my company during my stay and that made my stay. You can do well to listen to client so you understand their troubles.

Though expensive, it was completely worth it - great view and service. It was really fun. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are so lovely, with good facilities. The hotel is generally neat and comfortable. They have very friendly staff, there is a high level of security, a very large parking space. The location is quite fair too, you would not find it difficult to locate this hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good for that price, easily accessible, the environment is clean and well secured. The staff were very good in delivery their service.
